Having recently celebrated 23 years in digital marketing, Adperio was named #1 Best Place to Work For in Colorado. “This is especially meaningful for us as employees’ anonymous survey feedback plays a huge part in this achievement. We are very proud of our company culture, and want to thank our employees for helping Adperio be an incredible place to work,” said Jill Fletcher, COO. The methodology used by ColoradoBiz and ICC, the companies that administer the award, is described as follows:
ICC used the Denison Culture Survey to determine the winners for 2017. The applicants paid to have their employees take the survey, which measures the key drivers of high performance: mission, adaptability, involvement and consistency. The Denison model links organizational culture to a company’s performance metrics, such as sales growth, return on equity, return on investment, customer satisfaction, innovation, employee satisfaction and quality.
A Great Culture with Benefits
Free health care, early out Fridays and flexible schedules rank among the top reasons employees love working at Adperio. A fully stocked kitchen, regular social events and a 401K match don’t hurt either. By encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset and establishing clearly defined goals, team members are given all the tools necessary to meet company KPIs and grow within the company.
The ICC survey showed that employees ranked Adperio’s strategic adaptability, vision and purpose in the 99 percentile. The survey also showed that employees thoroughly enjoy the empowerment and collaboration of Adperio’s team-focused atmosphere. “The collaboration and team spirit within Adperio Mobile and Ignite OPM really helps us elevate our service and results for our clients and has driven the success we’ve seen for 23 years,” said David Asseoff, Founder and CEO.
Adperio also ranked in the 99 percentile when it came to the communication and transparency provided to support all employee’s individual success and drive the company’s long-term and short-term strategies. “Our managers are always hiring smart people who will bring new ideas to the table. When I was brand new, I felt very much part of the conversation and decision-making process with leadership due to their transparency and openness. I don’t think that’s something you usually get in most companies until a much longer tenure,” said Luisa Carneiro, who has been a Sales Executive for Ignite OPM for just over a year.
